Terms & Conditions

Canal Crest Dental – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to dental care and treatment provided by Canal Crest Dental (“we”, “us” or “our”). Please read them carefully before beginning treatment.

Treatment Plans and Fees

Following your examination and consultation, we will provide a personalised treatment plan and estimated cost where appropriate.

Our estimates are based on the clinical information available at the time and assume that no unforeseen issues arise during treatment. Although we take care to plan treatment thoroughly, some clinical circumstances may only become apparent once treatment has begun.

If your treatment requires reassessment or a change to the agreed plan, we will discuss this with you before carrying out any additional work. This will include explaining any impact on the proposed treatment, timescale and cost. A revised estimate will be provided as soon as reasonably possible.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 90 days from the date they are issued.

Appointments, Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please let us know as early as possible.

For check-ups and general dental appointments, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

For appointments scheduled for more than five hours, we ask for at least one week’s notice.

Where insufficient notice is given, any deposit paid may be non-refundable and we may require a further deposit before arranging a new appointment. Any applicable cancellation charge or deposit requirement will be explained to you at the time of booking.

Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required to secure longer, specialist or treatment appointments. Deposits will normally be deducted from the final cost of your treatment.

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless we have agreed a payment plan with you in advance. We accept [insert accepted payment methods].

Your Treatment

We will explain the nature, benefits, possible risks and reasonable alternatives to any proposed treatment before asking for your consent.

Dental treatment is not an exact science and, while we aim to achieve the best possible outcome, results cannot be guaranteed. You are welcome to ask questions at any stage of your care.

Please provide us with accurate and up-to-date information about your medical history, medication, allergies and any changes to your contact details. This information is important for your safety and care.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend an appointment without giving notice, we may charge a missed-appointment fee or require a deposit for future bookings. Repeated missed appointments may affect our ability to offer further appointments.

Concerns and Complaints

We aim to provide a high standard of care. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment or service, please speak to a member of our team as soon as possible so that we can try to resolve the matter.
